Extremly Low Disk Space

I was working on my office computer and suddenly an error popped up on the screen. Its really an interesting error that I have ever seen . I'd like to share the same  :)

Error accessing EXE file : Windows 2003

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path of file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

I encountered this error on a Windows 2003 Server trying to access
files shared on another computer in the domain. I could copy files and
then run them but I couldn’t run any executable straight from the cifs
share.
